excel experience
efficient servicepolite staffcomfy bedsunavailable parking
the breakfast service was very efficient. tables were cleared and cleaned quickly. this helped cope with a large number of people. staff was VERY polite. beds are comfy and provided a good night's sleep.
the hotel car park never had spaces available. i had to park far away and walk. this was inconvenient after a long day. i recommend planning for alternative parking.

the hotel offers tea and coffee making facilities in each room. a hair dryer is also supplied. a nespresso machine is a good bonus. it made mornings better.

reception staff were helpful and friendly. azzy, in particular, stood out. she provided great service and assistance. all requests were handled with a smile.

the hotel provides easy access to elizabeth line and DRL stations. this is within a short walk. excel and greenwich are also nearby. public transportation is convenient.

the location was convenient for the excel center a short walk was all it took
the room was not cleaned properly i found stains on the curtains the bathroom also had a strange smell like stale pee furthermore the air conditioning did not work as expected it made the room less comfortable
